The Wildlife Rescuers Inc. is a volunteer-run wildlife rescue organisation supporting injured wildlife in Victoria, specialising in native species including kangaroos, wallabies, possums, wombats, bats and birds. Operating in and around Melbourne, the group responds to injured, sick and orphaned animals. Working within Victorian wildlife regulations, they collaborate with licensed wildlife carers, rescue networks and veterinary professionals to support effective rescue, rehabilitation and release outcomes.
