Risk of Injury and Exposure to Diseases:

Personal Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for assessing risk before attempting animal rescue including but not limited to using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Failure to do so can increase the risk of injury or illness. Proper training is recommended for safe and effective rescue operations. Participants should engage in relevant training and seek assistance or supervision when necessary.
Waiver of Liability:
Save Animal Now shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred as a result of participating in wildlife and animal rescue activities. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
